We can classified the audition loss or hearing loss in 4 type :
Light Hearing Loss/Mild Hearing Loss- The patients with loss light auditory difficulty of listening the sound among 20-39 decibels (db). This condition often leads to the difficulty to hear sound from television and the radio to the normal levels of lead and the conversations at long distance. The environmental noise can also increase the effects of this loss.
Moderate Hearing Loss- The patients in this level difficulty to hear the sound among 40-69 db. Moderate loss of audition would be in a greater level of symptoms that they are observed with auditory light loss.
Severe Hearing Loss– In this level, the patients have problems to hear the sound among 70-89 db. People that loss of severe audition can only be able to communicate if the speaker is very close to a bigger volume, without interruption of the environmental noise.
Deep Hearing Loss/Profound Hearing Loss- the auditory deep loss and means deafness that the patients don’t feel up to 90 db. This is the most serious form in loss of the audition inaudible conversation with the patients to end up depending on the visual communication.
